Happy May 3rd and Happy Sunday!!
It’s cool and cloudy here in Las Cruces, and I’ve officially decided that today is a stay-in-bed-all-day situation. I’m still completing some creative projects, but nothing too intense—just soft, easy vibes.
There are plenty of Cinco de Mayo events happening around town, but I’m saving my energy for Tuesday—the real Cinco de Mayo. I’m off, and I’m determined to have an amazing day.
Here’s the Tuesday game plan:
Wake up around 8 a.m. and ease into the morning with some hot tea
Catch The Devil Wears Prada 2 at 11:30 a.m.
Enjoy tacos and all the Mexican goodies during the movie
Head home afterward for some Cinco de Mayo cocktails
Hit a piñata-making class at the library at 4 p.m.
Be back home around 6 to watch horror movies and fully chill out
For now, I’m letting myself relax, stay cozy, and love life today.
