April is wrapping up in just a few hours, and honestly, I can’t believe how fast this month flew by. I’ll be real—I didn’t stay fully committed to my Whole30 lifestyle these past few months. I bounced in and out of it, and now it’s time to get grounded and get back on track.
So here’s the plan for the next three months—simple, structured, and powerful:
Whole30 Soup Plan starts May 1st — veggie-packed soups loaded with herbs and whole ingredients.
Daily walks — a full 60 minutes every single day.
No coffee, all tea — plus plenty of water to keep everything flowing.
Minimal meat — sticking mostly to chicken and fish.
No processed foods or alcohol — clean, clear, intentional eating.
And I’m not stopping there. I’m getting back to tracking my food and workouts every day, drinking apple cider vinegar, hitting the gym, and keeping up with weekly yoga sessions (at least 30 minutes).
I’m ready. I’m focused. I’m committed.
I’m going to CRUSH this.
