April
has arrived, warm and breezy, and tonight was exactly what I needed.
I just left a wonderful artists’ meeting and dinner in the Historic
District of Las Cruces. The gathering centered on how to use a newly
awarded grant for Main Street Las Cruces. The organization is
surveying the community for ideas—murals, signage, storytelling
pieces that honor the history woven into those streets.
I
adore the Historic District, and I’m genuinely excited to see what
new murals and interpretive signs will bloom across the neighborhood.
It felt like the perfect after-work escape. The food was Mexican,
delicious, comforting—exactly the vibe.
Now I’m back home, ready to dive into #The100DayProject and squeeze in a little cleaning before the night gets away from me. I’m so glad tomorrow is Friday… Good Friday at that.
Alright—time
to get into these projects.
MY journey….
