Oh yes...challenges - sticking with exercise and eating healthy is definitely a challenge. Let me say it again—making the right choices for my health is no easy task.
Today is Day 2 of Whole 30, and I feel great. I got in two walks, ate well, and enjoyed my daily cup of warm lemon water. I feel amazing. I’ve noticed how much more energy I have when I eat right, stay active, and focus on projects instead of snacking and sitting around. I love this new version of me.
This past weekend was super productive—home projects, reading, walking, meal prepping, and even getting out of the house. I’m overcoming so many challenges!
I can't wait for Day 3, 4, 5, 6, and so on.
